Historique :	Locomotive à vapeur remarquable, tant sur le plan esthétique que sur le plan technique, dernière locomotive en Martinique. Locomotive appelée aussi Trinité et qui fait partie des 54 locomotives à vapeur Corpet livrées à la Martinique et à la Guadeloupe entre le 1er février 1870 et le 4 décembre 1931. La locomotive tender 1701 fut livrée en 1925. Durant quatre générations, la célèbre fabrique Corpet-Louvet de locomotives à vapeur est restée l'un des grands noms de l'industrie ferroviaire française. Dans l'avenir, la locomotive doit être utilisée pour le déplacement des touristes entre deux musées.
