Objet :

formaliser l'utilisation de fait du sentier littoral de terre rouge, utilisé de manière coutumière depuis plus d'un an en tant que parc canin  ; les chiens peuvent ainsi être lâchés en liberté, accompagnés de leurs maîtres, sans nécessité de clôturer le domaine  ; sensibiliser la population réunionnaise au caractère affectueux et sociable des chiens, lorsqu'ils s'ébattent en liberté  ; ramassage des déjections par les membres de l'association volontaires pour cela, rendant ainsi le terrain praticable pour les joggers  ; créer le premier parc canin de la réunion  ; aider les propriétaires de chiens à sociabiliser leurs animaux jeunes ou moins jeunes  ; apprendre aux propriétaires de chiens les rudiments indispensables pour que leurs animaux soient sociables  ; offrir aux enfants la possibilité d'approcher des chiens dans un contexte ludique, et tous objets similaires, connexes ou complémentaires ou susceptibles d'en favoriser la réalisation ou le développement
