promouvoir le développement du bicross local, international ; développer la pratique du BMX et du VTT comme outil de cohésion sociale entre les différents quartiers de la commune (animation dans les centres de vacances, initiation VTT et BMX) et initiation à la mécanique vélo en périscolaire ; participer par la pratique du BMX et du vélo en général à la prévention contre l'incivilité et la délinquance à l'échelon communal ; animation de vélo loisirs dans les centres de vacances ; encadrement des séances d'entraînements des licenciés du Bicross Club du Sud ; organisation des compétitions selon le calendrier régional de la Fédération Française de Cyclisme ; sorties pédagogiques en VTT pour tous publics dans le cadre naturel
