favoriser et organiser toutes manifestations événementielles, sorties et voyages (sportives, culturelles, musicales, pédagogiques et rencontres intergénérationnelles et familiales) à l'encontre des habitants du quartier et des alentours ; favoriser et aider toutes personnes et jeunes en difficulté (sociale et d'insertion) du quartier et des alentours à s'exprimer par des loisirs comme la musique, l'activité manuelle, le sport, la danse et autres ; favoriser les échanges culturelles (musique, danse, artisanat) pouvant avoir lieu au niveau départemental, national et international ; favoriser la production de produits artistiques types musicaux, artisanaux, danse ; développer une radio associative visant à promouvoir la musique, les artistes de saint-pierre dans le but de favoriser la communication dans le quartier de bois d'olives et de saint-pierre
