rassembler les personnes de tout âge (adultes/enfants/pré ados et adolescents) de la commune de saint-pierre pour promouvoir leur épanouissement en leur proposant des actions d'éducation populaire et des animations diverses,préparations de spectacles, club de football inter quartier, concours divers, groupes de musique, groupe de danses, echanges inter culturels, animations récréatives, mise en place de projets éducatifs et pédagogiques, accompagnement de jeunes enfants et adolescents dans leur scolarité, dans leur démarches administratives, accompagnement des parents dans la fonction parentale, dispositifs en faveur des jeunes, etc ; elle se donne comme ambition de créer une dynamique participative (habitants/réseau partenarial) sur le quartier au travers des champs d'actions suivants, le social, l'emploi, la culture, l'éducation, l'environnement, le sport, la prévention et la santé ;
