soutenir et accompagner la pratique musicale et toutes activités pouvant y être rattachées ; promouvoir les musiques de l'océan indien via l'organisation, la diffusion, la communication, la gestion et l'administration d'événements, la production phonographique de groupes ou d'artistes solo et le management d'artistes ; rassembler des artistes divers pour des échanges culturels ; développer ainsi les activités dans le domaine musical : - producteurs d'artistes - diffuseurs d'artistes - création d albums, de concerts, de produits dérivés ; favoriser la création ; faciliter et défendre les droits des auteurs ; être un interlocuteur auprès de toutes les institutions, françaises, et internationales ; promouvoir la circulation et la diffusion des oeuvres ; représenter autant que possible les artistes ayant délibérément choisi la gestion individuelle ; mettre en oeuvre tous autres moyens propres à favoriser les activités de l'association LE CRI DE L' OCÉAN INDIEN
