promouvoir différentes techniques de massage relatives à la détente au bien-être au développement personnel elle oeuvrera notamment en faveur du développement de la connaissance des plantes des cosmétiques naturels auprès de ses adhérents par l'approche de thérapies naturelles arôma phytorapie diététique et manuelles ainsi que l'informatique sur les techniques nouvelles en matière de recherche de la santé et du mieux-être ; aider à combattre l'obésité par la diététique et les activités sportives ; aider à faire progresser la prise en compte des problèmes liés au stress, aux déséquilibres et leurs conséquences ; aider à sortir de l'échec en revalorisant et en instruisant ; aider et soutenir le développement de l'enseignement et de la pratique des techniques de relaxation et de bien être et en favoriser l'accès au plus grand nombre de prodiguer des soins tels que massages de bien-être pratiques non médicales et non sexuelles relaxation par les huiles bains de pieds soins de beauté
