promouvoir la mise en avant d'artistes, jusqu'a présent "isolés", à travers des représentations publiques, des rassemblements et événements variés, l'association se développera autour de 3 axes : culturel et social, créativité, écologie ; Le phare vise à réunir des corps de métiers différents, aux compétences et aux perceptions diverses, pour créer une émultion créative ; les établissements peuvent ainsi faire connaitre leur activité dans un cadre bouillonnant d'idées et de motivation ; sensibiliser et former autour de sujets de société, mettre en exergue le travail de certaines personnalités, ou encore apprendre à se développer autours de domaines artistiques, et tous objets similaires, connexes ou complémentaires ou susceptibles d'en favoriser la réalisation ou le développement
