Objet :

promouvoir la musique et la culture caribéenne, elle contribue à la culture de cette musique auprès du public le plus large, l'association a principalement vocation à organiser un festival de musique caribéenne, elle pourra avoir toutes activités non lucratives en rapport et dans l'intérêt de ce festival, les moyens d'actions de l'association sont notamment : l'organisation de séminaires, conférences, camp, expositions, spectacles, l'édition et la vente de publications, livres, audios et vidéogrammes, programme de radio et télévision, la mise en place de moyens matériels et prestations de services nécessaires à la bonne marche du festival, les moyens énumérés ci-dessus étant indicatifs et non limitatifs
