sensibiliser, promouvoir et transmettre différentes approches corporelles, culturelles, énergétiques et des méthodes naturelles de soin, de santé et de développement personnel relatives à la détente, au bien-être physique, psychique et émotionnel (tels que le Yoga, la Relaxation, la Sophrologie, la Méditation, les Soins énergétiques, le Reiki, la Naturopathie, l'Aromathérapie, la Phytothérapie, la Nutrition, la Réflexologie, les Massages, la Litothérapie, la Kinésiologie, les Fleurs de Bach, les thérapies brèves et comportementales, la PNL, la Communication non violente, l'Art thérapie etc) , d'organiser des rencontres et l'accueil d'intervenants qualifiés ; ainsi que toutes autres activités rentrant dans le cadre des buts poursuivis par l'association et relatives au bien-être et à une meilleure connaissance de soi ; l'association prend en charge la formation de ses membres nécessaires à l'apprentissage de nouvelles techniques à leur développement et perfectionnement, en France ou à l'étranger, et tous frais en rapport avec leur formation et leur activité au sein de l'association, l'association est apolitique, laïque et non médicale, elle poursuit un but non lucratif
