rassembler les directeurs et gérants des espaces de la guadeloupe ouverts à la diffusion culturelle et artistique dans le but de favoriser la structuration et la professionnalisation du secteur culturel en guadeloupe, elle vise aussi à valoriser l'aménagement du territoire en matière de diffusion culturelle en facilitant, à travers des actions communes entre ses membres, les économies d'échelle et les synergies entre les structures représentées ou non, elle constituera enfin une force de proposition etd e négociation avec les institutions, médias et pouvoirs publics ayant le pouvoir de contracter et d'établir des conventions avec eux ; L'association pourra en outre utiliser comme moyens d'action des activités de toutes sortes dans le domaine de la production, de la formation et de l'organisation de spectacles ainsi que celui de la communication (édition de publications, site internet, newsletters, conférences, etc ...)
