favoriser l'insertion professionnelle et sociale des jeunes par la formation aux métiers de l'audiovisuel et de la culture artistique caribéenne, mettre en place toutes activités de formation et d'information à destination des services publics, des élus locaux, des agents et dirigeants des collectivités territoriales, notamment en terme de management de projet, promouvoir la culture caribéenne et la création originale guadeloupéenne, par un soutien à la création de production audiovisuelle sur notre territoire, mais aussi par la pratique des arts et de la musique, apporter des formations professionnelles qualifiantes et diplômantes, de par un encadrement professionnel mais aussi par la mise à disposition de plateaux techniques adaptés
